1 interior zip pocket & 2 multi-function pockets. The gray is a textured leather, and the black trim is smooth leather. I listed this once before and I couldn't stand to sell it so I took the listing down but I want somebody else to be able to enjoy this purse because it's absolutely beautiful and I just don't carry it.
